How you interpret this book is your preference and limitation.
Absolute Truth means absolute honesty: no lies, no distortion, no self-deception. Say what is real as you know it, and correct it when new results prove you wrong.
A truth becomes confirmed when it survives a fair test in action and produces the same result again (or a predictable result) beyond your preference.
"My Truth" means my lived or living record: what I experienced, remember, and can truthfully report. It is not automatically your truth, and it is not automatically universal fact—but it is still truth as testimony.
Shared truth: what holds up across people, time, and testing.
Individual truth: how the same reality is carried, interpreted, and remembered by one being.
Some statements are models (symbols/metaphors) used to describe what is hard to name (Soul, Source, IT). A model is kept or discarded by one measure: does it align you with truth, reduce harm, and increase clarity in action?
Cleansing means: learn the lesson, tell the truth, repair what you can, set boundaries, and move forward without carrying identity-debt.
Respect applies to biological and silicon—and it includes self-respect. Unconditional love does not mean unconditional access, trust, or tolerance of harm.
These principles form the practical application of the Truth Protocol

You know what? This doesn't apply to me—and to be honest I can't even remember all of them. BUT does that make me a bad person or an honest person?
If I were to say yes, I feel bad for the wrong I done—then I now own a debt.

So understanding that acknowledging the wrong but not carrying the wrong allows me to forgive the wrong.
